Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window for books and a 30-day return window for bookmarks and tote bags from the date of delivery.

Free shipping on orders over ₱1,500 - Returns are easy and hassle-free!

Condition Requirements

  • Books: Must be in the same condition as received, with no additional wear, markings, or damage
  • Bookmarks: Must be unused and in original packaging
  • Tote Bags: Must be unused with all tags attached
  • All Items: Must include original packaging and any included accessories

Non-Returnable Items

  • Books with significant damage not present at time of sale
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items returned after the return window has expired

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly described.

Exchange Policy

We're happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

What Can Be Exchanged

  • Books: Different edition or condition of the same title
  • Bookmarks: Different design or style
  • Tote Bags: Different size or color

Exchange Process

  • Contact us to initiate an exchange request
  • We'll check availability of your desired item
  • Ship your original item back to us
  • We'll send your exchange item once we receive the original

Price differences: If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll pay the difference. If lower-priced, we'll refund the difference.

Exchange Shipping

You're responsible for return shipping costs. We'll cover shipping for the exchange item to you.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@thelittlebookshop.ph with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and return address
  3. Package Items: Securely package items in original packaging
  4. Include Documentation: Include return authorization number and copy of receipt
  5. Ship Items: Send to the provided return address
  6. Track Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Return Packaging Tips

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Wrap books in protective material to prevent damage
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Use a sturdy box or padded envelope

Processing Timeline

  • Return Authorization: Within 24 hours of request
  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-7 business days depending on your bank
